Light Kaolin

Light kaolin, also known as colloidal kaolin, is a naturally occurring aluminum silicate that is cleaned to remove impurities by elutriating and drying. It works as a dispersing agent. It comes in the form of powder in the sack packaging. Light kaolin is light weight and smooth powder that has zero odour and does not dissolve in water and mineral acids. Blending it in water results in stiff and sticky mass. If you leave it in water, it forms a slurry. It comes in several grades.
